1. inKlein reserves the right to
change fees, surcharges, or institute new fees at any time upon thirty (30) days prior
written notice.
2. In the event of non-payment, any breach of this agreement or for any
other reason within the sole discretion of inKlein, inKlein shall have the right to
immediately, without need for notice, terminate client's account.
3. Client specifically agrees not to upload, post or reproduce in any way
materials protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright holder.
4. This agreement is not assignable or transferable without the express
written consent of inKlein Communications.
5. inKlein's hosting services may only be used for lawful purposes.
Transmission of any material in violation of any U.S. or any State's regulation is
prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material legally
judged to be threatening of obscene, material protected by trade secret, or in any way a
violation of intellectual property laws.
6. Client specifically agrees to indemnify and hold inKlein harmless in
any legal action which arises as a result of your use of our services or
materials, without limitation
or exception. This indemnification extends to all issues associated with your account,
including but not limited to domain name selection and web site content.
7. inKlein reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone
at any time, at their sole discretion.
8. You agree that we have the right and responsibility to fully cooperate
in any legal investigation regarding any aspect of our services, including services sold
or provided
to you. Please note that any use of our system to engage in software piracy or similar
violations will result in account suspension and an immediate report to the FBI, SPA, and
appropriate local authorities.
9. The agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
hereto. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be interpreted and enforced
pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida. 10.
Other terms and conditions may apply. Use of any inklein hosted site
is acknowledgement of these terms. If you do not
agree you do not have permission to use inKlein hosted site.
